We believe decentralization is the future of society. Blockchain-based solutions will have a major impact on a variety of sectors across the economy, financial institutions, and businesses, including real estate. SaitaRealty was built to build. It was born with the intent to rethink the way people invest in real estate, democratizing it and making it accessible to everyone.

It is with great satisfaction that we introduce a new vision for SaitaRealty. The move into a DAO format, a decentralized autonomous organization, is something we have been studying for a while that feels like the next natural step to be taken so that our project can grow to reach its objective. The true power of an idea is the community behind it.

This document is an open invitation for you reader to join our community and help develop and improve the ideas presented here together. This version of the Whitepaper is just the tip of a thread we want to see stretching to new extents.
