SaitaRealty DAO will operate through a DApp () where users can find the Real Estate properties acquired by the DAO for tokenization. A given percentage of shares will be available and users will be able to purchase quotas using the DApp.
Both existing members of the DAO and outside investors will be able to use the SaitaRealty DApp to purchase and manage shares in the properties listed. A dashboard will allow users to manage their portfolio, and claim their earnings.
Only DAO members holding SCPs will have access to DAO level in the DApp, being able to create and vote on proposals.
The DApp will be integrated to ePay.me, making it easier to invest and claim earnings using credit and debit cards.
