A brief history of SaitaRealty.

SaitaRealty ($SRLTY) is the first satellite token launched by the Saitama team in March 2022.

The project aims to set a new standard for the real estate market using blockchain technology to make property tokenizable and accessible to everyone. The $SRLTY token has a tax system in place intended to help fund the development of land and structures for new business complexes, new subdivisions for Zero-Emission Homes, multi-family dwelling units, such as town homes / modular homes / condominiums, and also building and refurbishing residential homes.

The $SRLTY token contract has since been upgraded to a V2, reducing its supply and making it more sustainable and secure. It was initially made available exclusively through the Saitama DeFi ecosystem, comprised of the SaitaPro App (Android | iOS) and SaitaSwap (dex.saita.pro), with a few centralized exchanges added later.

Now it is time for SaitaRealty to step into a new era, taking the concepts of real estate decentralization and community project even further with the introduction of the DAO concept.
