SaitaCity Metaverse

A real estate market simulator that entertains and educates.

SaitaCity is a real estate market simulator in Metaverse form being developed by Saitama. Players will be called SaitaCitizens and will be able to build and trade NFT Property that can earn them profit, badges and voting power in the DAO. The ultimate goal is to entertain and educate users about real estate investing while they earn from staking and trading property NFTs.

The continued expansion of SaitaCity and engagement of its citizens will foster the growth of SaitaRealty DAO and enable it to acquire more assets in the real world to be tokenized and shared by its members.

Modes Of Play

1. Play As Investor

   • Get Land

     SaitaCitizens will be required to stake $SRLTY tokens to have land granted where they can build property. Depending on a number of factors - such as location and scarcity - the staking period and amount required will be higher.
   • Build Property Once they are granted land, SaitaCitizens can place NFT Property in the spots they have chosen to build. The more they build, the more influence they will have in the DAO.
   • Trade Property Citizens can also buy and sell property. Once a property is sold, the NFT and influence are transferred to the buyer. For a property to be sold with the land, the staking amount and period must be matched by the buyer.

2. Play As Broker

   Similar to a referral program, users who bring new SaitaCitizens can earn commissions and SCPs which represent voting power in the DAO.
3. Run a Business SaitaCitizens can be granted commercial licenses to operate businesses in SaitaCity. This special type of property can earn them a higher percentage of the staking pool.
