Governance is a basic component of any DAO. On SaitaRealty, it is determined by local governance tokens and badges awarded on SaitaCity. Members will have authority to create proposals and vote to help the DAO to choose which projects to invest into and determine on matters such as profit distribution and enhancements to the ecosystem and the SaitaRealty protocol.
SCPs (SaitaCitizen Points) are the local governance tokens exclusive to the SaitaRealty environment that will concede voting power in the DAO. SCPs can't be traded, they will be awarded to users according to their engagement in and to realtors who purchase quotas in shared property listed on the .
SCPs will be transferred between users on certain occasions, such as when a member purchases shares in a property from another member.
When citizens reach certain milestones they are awarded merit Badges in SaitaCity. These badges will be used as multipliers for the amount of SCPs a user can earn. They also allow access to granted land in exclusive areas of the map. The Badges are not revoked in case a user's SCPs are reduced and will continue valid as long as the citizen keeps active in SaitaCity for a given period of time.
